Kumamoto Washington Hotel Plaza

The location is great and the cost is very much value for money. I had two nights here, and used their complimentary bath which apparently due to renovation, there is a shift rotation between male and female use time (Male being 2000-2500, Female would be before the Male's timing and they are allowed to use in the morning). The coin laundry service comes with English instructions as well which is straightforward in getting the job done. You're given a set of complimentary sleeping clothes as well. The room I booked is just right for me, the amenities and facilities are great, television comes with YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc., if that would be part of your consideration. The hotel even provides you with cleansing lotion, moisturizer, toner, etc. which are available at the lobby.

Its location is very convenient as the shopping street is right next to it. Very polite and helpful staff. The front desk lady helped me look for hospitals that accepted foreigners by calling them one by one in the middle of the night. The room is very clean.

Despite being right smack in the middle of town and in a lively area, it is situated just slightly around the corner that it is quiet still.
